Unraveling Daemon’s Abilities: Secrets of Shinjutsu, Eida’s Power, and Momoshiki’s Intentions
Daemon’s Hidden Powers & Eida’s Abilities Explored
Daemon can catch the black rod from Sukuna Hikona, a feat even Naruto struggled with. Does this mean Daemon has hidden abilities from his eyes? Or does he possess other Shinjutsu beyond Shinjutsu Reflection? Before the release of Boruto Chapter 15, these mysteries remain.
After the previous disagreement about the mission and what they should do when Eida and others came to Konoha, Sasuke and Naruto discussed what Shikamaru might plan. Boruto and Kawaki, being the type to fight immediately without considering their opponent’s strength, were given missions to act as surveillance, living with Eida. This was a way to control them. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise in the mission that cannot wait for orders, they must act according to their roles.
Among all this, Momoshiki suddenly appeared behind Boruto. When Kawaki realized it, he seemed to disappear like a ghost. Even Boruto himself did not know that Momoshiki was behind him. The suspicion was not only felt by Kawaki; Sasuke sensed it, too. Sasuke felt Momoshiki’s presence, recalling the first time he saw Momoshiki using his Rinnegan eyes. What is behind all this? What is Momoshiki’s purpose for suddenly being behind Boruto? Is there something dangerous in all of this? Speaking of Momoshiki, why can Sasuke feel his presence? Does this have something to do with Sasuke’s eyes?
Before we know what’s happening, we see Eida becoming so happy after learning about Shikamaru’s plan. A few hours later, they head to Konoha. Finally, Amado, Eida, and Daemon have arrived in Konoha. Shikamaru and others were already there to welcome them. Although some Shinobi looked were anxious or panicked, they greeted Eida sweetly. It even turned out that the shinobi were amazed after seeing Eida’s beautiful face. Eida, who had already learned what Shikamaru had said earlier in the Hokage room with Boruto and others, found the plan to live together very interesting and accepted it. Even Shikamaru, who saw Daemon for the first time, seemed displeased at seeing him.
They were shocked when she refused after offering to escort Eida to her room and chose to go alone. What surprised them even more was that Eida could fly. Not liking to be the center of attention, Eida decided to fly to her room. According to Amado, the ability to fly is widespread among Ottsutsuki. Amado also said it won’t be long before Boruto and Kawaki can do the same as Eida. Afterward, Boruto, Kawaki, and Konohamaru went to where Eida would live with them, a unique apartment that looked very impressive. After they talked for a while, Kawaki looked at Boruto as if he sensed Momoshiki’s presence again, looking surprised that Momoshiki appeared at such a time. Although we don’t know what Momoshiki means by this, we switch to Sarada and Mitsuki, who were nearby, near where Boruto and Kawaki would start their mission to watch Eida.
There was a lot of not-so-important and interesting chatter during this moment. However, there was a funny instance when InoShikaCho came to meet Sarada and Mitsuki. Chocho was very curious about Eida’s face since she liked Kawaki. As someone who liked Kawaki, Chocho felt that Eida was now her rival. At the same time, they saw that Eida had arrived at that place. What shocked them even more was seeing that Eida could fly. As Eida looked up at them, Chocho and Inojin instantly showed different expressions. Chocho even said, “Ah, she looks like an angel.” Inojin felt his heart racing after seeing her. It turns out that Mitsuki also felt a strange emotion he had never experienced before when he saw Eida. Eida’s power is uncontrollable by herself, which means that, indirectly, they had all been affected by Eida’s ability.
Although not everyone feels or experiences the same impact from Eida’s ability, Sarada is not affected at all. Is this one of the advantages of being a Uchiha? Then there’s Konohamaru, who initially intended to go to his post but immediately became tense. It could be said that it was a feeling where people became shocked because they felt something they had never felt before. In conclusion, this means that Konohamaru also indirectly felt what Mitsuki and others felt when they sensed Eida’s arrival.
It turned out that Sarada could see what was happening to Konohamaru. Although Inojin and the others suggested taking a closer look, Sarada refused. Sarada had realized that some of them had been affected by Eida’s abilities, but for some reason, she and Shikadai were not affected, perhaps because they could not see her. However, each individual certainly experiences a different reaction when seeing Eida.
Then, we see what happened to Konohamaru, who showed an expression like cold sweat before falling unconscious. Seeing Konohamaru faint after seeing Eida, Boruto called him to talk more deeply. But suddenly, Daemon jumped up and stood on Boruto’s back, surprising him. Although Daemon appeared first, Eida looked embarrassed and was not ready to meet Kawaki after hearing his voice. Unexpectedly, Daemon mentioned that he wouldn’t let that happen if they, as Otsutsuki, could kill Eida.
Kawaki, annoyed by Daemon’s attitude and words, immediately tried to teach Daemon a lesson by attacking him with his clawed hands. However, before Kawaki’s attack could hit Daemon, he was indirectly repelled by Daemon’s ability. Kawaki appeared confused as if he had been countered even though Daemon hadn’t actively done anything. Watching Kawaki bounce off from Daemon’s reflection ability, Daemon approached him, ready to counterattack.
When Kawaki attacked Daemon with the black rod, Daemon effortlessly caught it, similar to how Killer Bee played with his swords when fighting Sasuke. The remarkable thing is that seeing the black rod so quickly was something only Naruto could do with Baryon Mode, and Boruto may be able to do it in the future. But how could Daemon, of all people, do it so effortlessly? I’m fascinated by Daemon’s abilities. Does he possess powers related to his eyes as well?
Even Kawaki and Boruto, who witnessed Daemon’s reaction and speed, were shocked by his ability to catch the black rod. At the same time, Daemon counterattacked, striking Kawaki from behind and kicking him in the face. He moved so fast that Kawaki didn’t even realize Daemon was behind him. Kawaki fainted after Daemon’s attack, and Boruto, not staying idle, immediately attacked Daemon. However, it turns out Daemon’s taijutsu is extremely powerful. His speed was so overwhelming that he knocked down both Boruto and Kawaki, rendering them unconscious.
A few moments later, Boruto woke up while Kawaki was still unconscious, resting on Eida’s lap. Eida initially apologized for Daemon’s rude greeting, but Boruto felt it was unnecessary. Daemon said it was just a demonstration, or more like a warning, that if they ever fought Daemon, it would end badly for them. At that moment, Kawaki finally woke up, and Eida, seeing him, became embarrassed, with her cheeks red. Kawaki had been asleep on Eida’s lap for quite some time, and Daemon commented that sleeping on “Big Sis’s” lap was soft and comfortable.
After meeting with Kawaki and Boruto, Amado was with Naruto and Shikamaru, who began interrogating Amado. The main point of the interrogation was about Eida’s abilities, which had already been explained to Shikamaru in detail earlier. Amado revealed that Eida can only see the past based on the time she was born, which means she can only see up to 16 years ago. Amado also explained that Daemon is Eida’s younger brother, and his ability reflects all attacks, even the intention to harm him. Although Daemon must be touching another person, his ability also transfers to the person he is touching. The point is that they need to be cautious around Daemon because just having the intention to harm him will cause his ability to reflect on the attacker.
Even though Boruto didn’t fully understand, Daemon offered to demonstrate it. When Boruto declined, Kawaki, who glanced at Daemon and had malicious intent in his heart, immediately received a backlash from what he intended towards Daemon. After witnessing the proof of Daemon’s ability, Kawaki believed Daemon’s words, realizing he wasn’t lying. The mere intention of wanting to hurt or attack Daemon caused Kawaki to feel the attack despite him sitting quietly.
